Saturday — Colorado Springs

It’s Saturday and it was 79 yesterday and its suppose to be 91 today. Yowza. I thought Texas was bad about bouncing temps. This weekend from what I hear is the last of the heat. We are already dropping to 40′s at night which makes things nice. We should be high 70′s the rest of the month. I am at Border’s writing and its busy here. There was a Brett King here signing today. His website is pretty cool and his book looks good! A good time to sign as its a busy weekend for shopping but its also a big outdoor time here. It’s gorgeous here this time of year. The mountains are green and red and yellow. I love that so much.

Right now I am working on the third book in my Zodius series for Sourcebooks. I hope to turn it in by November 1st. This is Damion’s story who you will meet in Michael’s story in May. And I just heard that Michael is going to copy edit to prepare for press! YAY! So excited about Michael. I love this hero and I really hope my readers will as well. He is so tortured and he deserves his happily ending.

I have gone through copy edits for the first Texas Hotzone book with Blaze out in January and in the middle of edits for High Octane, book two out in March.
