Hi all!!

Is everyone ready for 2006! Well, its here so we better be! I have to tell you I have had a few really positive things happen this past month and I am hoping that is a sign that those editors who read my books over the holidays will all love it! I have to admit I have been anxious. Anyway, my son is having surgery the 9th. His broken nose turned into a bad deviated septum so the doc said no option but to operate its so extreme. I hate this because we have had his nose broken 3 times now. Once from a Baseball, and once from a basketball..now this. I wonder if it will get broken again after we fix it! But the doc say that its harder to break once fixed and Ronald does wear a football helmet as his primary sport now!

I am still waiting on a release date for Who’s on Top! I’ll let you know but maybe in January! As for what is next…ALOT depends on the first two weeks of Janaury and a few things pending so I hope to have lots of news soon!

Go have a fun evening but be safe!

My site

KindredThe picture is the new image going on my website!!! WOOHOO! Isn’t it gorgeous?! I was disappointed that my old web person gave me graphics to pick and apparently didn’t own the art. I have been told to take down the artists work. I am on that of course, but I have to say, I was disappointed in how the artist handled it. I do understand they were mad but when I explained and offered to pay for the art and even dedicate a page to the artist at Red Room (which gets 70,000 plus hits a months)the response was NO. So…now I am looking for new art and trying to save the look of my site. I really loved the art and would have gladly promoted the work. I guess if I was already a NYC best seller they might have reconsidered for a huge fee. But you know what, I LOVE Matt Hughes work! WOW! I love it more! I feel excited about the new look coming. check out his site if you get a chance! I want to buy the image and frame it for me! I just love it! I want to use it on promo items even!!

AND..Christmas King releases TODAY! WOOHOO!!! I am also starting a new story now. Purple Magic. This is an erotic vampire story I have already outlined! I also get the fun of reading a hot new erotic story Cathryn Fox wrote today before everyone else does! Looking forward to that!! Cathryn has a new site going up tomorrow I think! I’ll let you know so you can check it out!

I had a great Christmas! How about you? For the first time in all my Texas years I went to San Antonio to see the lights on the river walk. We had a great time shopping and eating lol! It was warm (its 80 here today!) so the walk was pleasant at night rather than cold! We even ate outside!

I hope eveyrone is doing great!

Christmas

“I stopped believing in Santa Claus when I was six. Mother took me to see him in a department store and he asked for my autograph.” Shirley Temple Black

Don’t forget! Christmas King is out next week!

YAY!

Well good news looks like it might come! The transit strike in NYC right after the snow storm has delayed a lot but prayers and good things sent my way would be soooo appreciated!

Hope everyone is having a safe and fun week of Christmas! Diego is HOME!!! WOOHOOO!! I am already 100 times more positive. Two weeks without him while struggling with my kids school fight, career blues, and a stolen car was crazy nuts. But its nuts but the day he arrived home, it seems all calmed. Maybe he is my lucky charm!

The truth about Santa’s reindeer

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa’s reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl.

We should’ve known… ONLY women would be able to drag a fat man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.
