We have a cold front coming in tomorrow and GASP (I was wearing shorts today!) they say ice by noon!
I go days and don’t leave the house and have to go out tomorrow! Early at least so hopefully I will be home before the mess hits. Still, I like the idea of winter and feeling like the holidays!

So- What’s the weather like there? We really barely had winter here last year. I am going to NYC for Christmas so I am excited to have more of a winter wonderland feel!

As for the blog contest I am running…lets keep it going December 18th when I leave for NYC! So lots of prizes… Jeannette! I drew your name tonight for a prize so email me at Lisarenjones@aol.com

Today I worked on editing my Blaze. Several wonderful readers in my Red Hot reader group have been editing and doing an amazing job. I have one more reading and then its OFF! YAY! I have two partials going to my Blaze editor too I am working on along with my Kensington partial.

I am reading Lover Awakened. Now I LOVE JR WARD and the first two books but I am struggling with Z being a little insane. I love the other characters like John and the heroine even. Z is just freaking me out a bit.

What’s everyone else reading?

Scary stuff and more!

First, let me say I loved reading about the Quiji Board stories and opinions. Billi I haven’t seen one in person either and don’t plan too! On line research freaked me out enough. Did you know they say that evil spirits pretend to be good ones and can start possessing you? And in the movie the exorcist a board is how she got possessed! I didn’t remember that. I read it on line last night. Robyn the spelling out of the boyfriend’s name freaks me out! Linda your story about the board appearing after it was thrown out WOW! That is scary! Email me. You get a prize! You deserve it lol! That would scare me the rest of my life!

Oh Caridad had surgery today! She will be offline a few days. I noticed serveral people asked her questions. If you get time you might go welcome her home on her blog so she will see it when she gets home.

Okay so I now starting my Kensington Novella that is part of a series about unique women who guard this world from dangerous spirits who escape purgatory and come here. The ‘Cirlcle of Seven’ are the gifted ones who guard seven portals from this world to the next. The woman who wait to take their spots should they ever be gone guard cities/humans from dark spirtis. So I’d love to hear a few ghost stories…Anyone have a good one? Diego has a really scary one I’ll try and get him to type out for us tomorrow! I can’t tell it like he can!

The contest I am doing with Cardidad is open through tomorrow so if you haven’t entered check out her blog. Just go to www.cardidad.com to see the prize pictures and how to enter!

:

The third book in my Nocturne series is going to introduce the Knights of White to a new enemy and the first female Knight Eva will pair off with a sexy hunk wiht his own kind of powers..A small town group of ladies are bored one Saturday night and they play with a Ouiji board that brings dark trouble.

I’m a big chicken. I would NEVER try one of these things…anyone tried one or know anyone who has?

Also if you have a blog post it and I’ll add it to my links at my next update and why don’t we all check out each other lol? Sounds fun to me!

Home from the out of town football game!

I am exhausted. Just got home from an out of town football game. I am disappointed to say we lost. We made it to game two of state. And for the first time this year bad coaching really did it. I don’t know what was wrong with the coach! Our QuarterBack was injured in the first quarter. He puts in the bench guy and then changes the play on him so many times that FOUR times in a row the clock ran out before we got the play off. It was like something from Saturday Night Live.

On the way home Diego wanted to try the new toll road that is not fully live yet. See Diego and I have NO sense of direction. I was deep into writing on my laptop or I would have pointed this out. We ended up taking forever to get home because he had no clue where he was going. of course, I am no better. We once went on vacation and realized niether of us knew our hotel name. We both had been in old relationships where the other people just knew that stuff. LOL! We laughed until we cried and then panicked. I remembered there was a YMCA on the street a block away and I knew the street name. We called the YMCA and asked what the hotel next to them was lol!

I finished my BLAZE!!! YAY!!!! Now its time for edits and critiques but its done!!
I wrote the last 15 pages in the car while Diego listened to a book on CD with headphones.

I will catch up on all the post tomorrow. I am sooo beat I might not make sense tonight. When I read this post tomorrow I will probably cringe!

Oh and MONDAY BIG CONTEST with another author. We will be giving away two big prizes here on my blog! So be sure to check in early Monday. Also next week I am going to draw for all kinds of prizes because I have a ton to give away. We might as well get the fun started!
