I love Friday because it’s the only day I don’t go to the gym and the only day I completely let myself eat junk food. Since I’ve gotten older I have to work out harder. I do 50 minutes of hard cardio six days a week and at least 30 minutes of weights. Okay maybe its not older. I blame Diego and he willingly takes credit. He loves to eat and he thinks he must do it WITH me lol Apparently I do too! During the week I am eat mostly heathly. Not like I would have before Diego. At dinner I tend to cheat with his pressure. Ah, but we enjoy our dinner and an hour of some show each night together.

Funny thing about that is that I never remember something so simple making me feel pleasure EVERY day but it does with Diego.

Movies:
I saw Shrek today…and pigged out on popcorn and chocolate lol! It’s FRIDAY. (Then I had Queso and chips and loved it!)

Anyway —I went with Diego and his 4 year old to see Shrek. Bummer. Not near as good as one and two. I am eager to hear what everyone else thinks. Also, lots of adult jokes that weren’t even that funny. Antonio and Eddie had some funny stuff though I loved. If only the entire thing had been that funny. All the many kids in the audience got restless for a reason. It dragged.

First YAY Blake made the american idol finals…

And YAY I finished my proposal and I am transitioning back to the book I have due next which was put aside for this proposal. I always find that its hard the first few days I transition from one project to another. I am looking forward to getting back to Beast of Darkness though because I really enjoy these characters and this book explores a haunted town.

Today I saw someone carrying balloons that said 40. It will be my 40 in July. I really don’t want a balloon announcing that. I don’t want to announce it period. Diego is 30 now so we had a short window that I got to be in the same decade as him. He turns 31 right after I turn 40.

Next— I watched Idol last night — Jordan disappointed me. I feel sorry for her because she has school on top of everything else but I hated she did a song she did before. Melinda has that Tina Turner thing but my problem with her is we have a Tina Turner. Blake is unique, and I like that about him. Honestly, I wasn’t excited about idol last night. I watched just because I started it and wanted to finish it.

I am working on the final few pages of my proposal for a fourth Knights of White book – Captive by the Beast. I had a little inspiration from Lost for this story. A little. The secret island setting the hero has to rescue the heroine from in this book is the part that was inspired by lost. The mythology of the Knights and Darkland beasts make up the story though….to see a bit about the Knights click on the man holding a sword on my sidebar. The new website will be a much more advances version of that blog. You will also get a look at the other Knights and heriones, or many of them that will be in the future stories.

My move to NYC is being put off until late December. This was a complicated tough choice and it makes us move during the holiday. The good news is both my boys said that might well make it possible for them to come with us to help with the move. So that is exciting to me. D has to be in school in NYC in January so late December will be a crazy time for us. I am speaking at the New Jersey convention in October so we figure we will find a home then. Hard to believe last years holiday in New york is already almost half a year ago!
